Coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10 is a naturally-occurring antioxidant that is found in all cells, and is essential for generating energy.
Often called the ‘cell energizer’ for its part in energy production, CoQ10 benefits are well known to the health industry, and it has been incorporated in everything from energy foods to antiaging skin cream.
CoQ10sr contains a concentrated blend of this cell energizer, Coenzyme Q10, which is quickly absorbed by the body and offers improved CoQ10 uptake. Using a patented process, CoQ10sr outstrips all other CoQ10 products for CoQ10 absorption and efficiency.
CoQ10 is involved in many of the body’s key functions – breathing, muscle movement and digestion amongst them. In fact, Coenzyme Q10 is responsible for 95% of our body’s energy. No other enzyme is as versatile in all the processes of the body – from our immune systems to our skin. Little wonder it is called the cell energizer!
As we age, our levels of CoQ10 decrease and we start to experience energy loss. Our immune system can also become weakened and our body’s natural defenses become compromised. That’s when it can be helpful to take a regular Coenzyme Q10 dosage.
A lot has been said about CoQ10 benefits and this prolific cell energizer has been used for a number of health purposes. Coenzyme Q10 effects are far-reaching, and range from boosting energy to fighting gum disease and staving off heart failure.
More than just an energy enhancer, there is evidence to show that CoQ10 benefits the cardiovascular system too, warding off heart failure and disease.
Perhaps one of the most important Coenzyme Q10 effects is on controlling cholesterol levels and lowering blood pressure. It is also a powerful antioxidant, regenerating Vitamin E and perpetually reducing the process of oxidation, which is so harmful to the body.
While many supplements claim to contain large doses of CoQ10, this says very little about the amount of the CoQ10 that is actually absorbed by our body.
It is the ‘bioavailability’ (body's absorption) of a supplement that is important, and this can sometimes vary quite dramatically from one person to the next, depending on factors such as age, diet and gender.
CoQ10 absorption is poor because CoQ10 molecules occur naturally in crystals, which are bound together in a form too large for cells to absorb. CoQ10 is also fat-soluble which makes it harder to transport through the digestive system than water-soluble molecules.
Many CoQ10 supplements claim to contain a higher Coenzyme Q10 dosage, but in fact the higher the dose, the lower the CoQ10 absorption. Other products use technology to break up or melt the CoQ10 crystals to increase their bioavailability. Studies indicate that these solubilized products may improve CoQ10 uptake for some people, but not for others. They often have undesirable side effects too.
The patented MicroActive process in CoQ10sr uses natural cyclodextrin, made from starch, to deliver uniform CoQ10 absorption. The cylcodextrins help improve the bioavailability of CoQ10sr by attaching themselves to CoQ10 molecules and keeping them separate. They also render the CoQ10 molecules water soluble, making them easily transported into the cells of the body.
CoQ10sr uses a unique technological process to improve the absorption of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) into the body. CoQ10 is a natural cell energizer and antioxidant which has far-ranging health benefits, including:
A report published by the International Society for Sports Nutrition found that people who took 200mg of CoQ10 before exercising were able to train for longer. Further research by the British Journal of Nutrition found that athletes taking CoQ10 also suffered fewer injuries.
As we age, CoQ10sr is the ideal supplement for restoring lost energy, and supplying all-round vitality and health. Recharge your batteries today with COQ10sr - the trusted way to boost CoQ10 absorption and efficiency.

Does your CoQ10 contain ubiquinol or ubiquinone?
The CoQ10 used to make the CoQ10-SR™ is ubiquinone, it is the oxidized form, while the form that exists at the inner membrane of the wall of mitochondria is in the reduced form of ubiquinol. The marketers who promote ubiquinol rely on the notion that since eventually it’s going to be ubiquinol let’s take it directly. But, once ubiquinol is in the stomach, it will be oxidized to ubiquinone again, and then will go back through the redox reaction before becoming ubiquinol again- eventually! Therefore there are no real advantages between the two forms.
I can feel the difference CoQ10 takes every time I use it I get an energy boost and a lift.
