Acetyl-L-Carnitine, also known as ALC is a supplement created from L-carnitine which is naturally found in the body and works to turn fat into energy. It can also be used by those with high blood pressure to help with nerve pain (tingling in hands and feet) and help to reduce cholesterol levels.
