There is no doubt that dasatinib represents the cutting-edge in anti-aging medicine, perhaps even experimental in some respects, but hardcore enthusiasts are aware that senolytics are presently a major focus of research.
The current program is considered to be as follows:
A dose of 2.5mg – 5mg per Kg body weight (2.2 lbs). This dose should be divided into two and taken at least a week apart and does not need to be cycled again for 8 to 12 months.
Example: if you weigh 72 Kg (158 lbs) then the total dose is;
Minimum 72 x 2.5 = 180mg
OR
Maximum 72 x 5mg = 360mg
Divide into two e.g. 180/2 = 90mg or 360/2 = 180mg so that’s the dose for week one and again in week two.
Remember that once completed, this dose does not need to be cycled again for 8 to 12 months. If you are not sure what the recommended dose should be, please take advice from your health professional.
