Professor Knoll was the originator of Deprenyl (or selegiline), his ground breaking research in the 1960's established the longevity effects of deprenyl on animals and affirmed deprenyl as the first proven longevity drug. His work with deprenyl and it's affects on the neurotransmitter dopamine have broad implications for both Parkinson's disease and age-related-mental-decline. Currently, Professor Knoll is working for the department of pharmacology at Semmelweiss University of Medicine in Hungary. Dr. Knoll is also an award holder for Excellence in Anti-Aging Medicine from the Monte Carlo Antiaging Conference ™.
