Acetyl –L-Carnitine (ALCAR) is an amino acid that is naturally produced in the body. ALCAR is classified as a smart drug because it helps improve your mood, learning and memory.[i] In addition, it carries (transports) the fatty acids to your mitochondria, which then uses those acids to turn it into ATP powering your cells and helping to increase your energy production, and burn more fat.[ii]

R-Lipoic Acid is the natural form of lipoic acid. R-Lipoic acid converts glucose into ATP to which helps to produce energy. It also grants free radical protection which helps safeguard the internal and exterior structure of the cells. In doing this it prevents chemical reactions in the body from damaging the cells.[iii]

CoQ10 generates energy production in every cell. It is involved in producing ATP which helps transfer energy to the cells. It also acts as a scavenger to seek out and destroys free radicals. Additionally, CoQ10 can help improve exercise performance by decreasing oxidative stress in the cells and enhance mitochondrial function.[iv]

PQQ is a micronutrient that protects your cells and mitochondria from free radicals. It has also been shown to boost metabolism and combat oxidative stress.[v][vi]

B6 helps the body methylate agents that are important to mitochondrial function.

Methyl B12 helps the body keep DNA and red blood cells healthy. It also plays a significant role in detoxifying the body.

Methyl folate is the purest form of vitamin B9 and helps promote healthy, stable folate levels in the body enhancing energy.

B3 (niacin) helps the body convert carbohydrates into glucose which is then burned to produce energy.
