Use Solaris SPF-25 and still get a tan

Solaris photo aging Defense Formula is a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF) of 25.  Unlike normal sunscreens however, it will allow your skin to tan, while blocking out harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Solarisâwas developed by a leading, European dermatologist, Dr John Ionescu, in a quest to counteract the aging effects of the sun, while providing a “healthy tan”.  He was able to achieve this by using innovative compounds designed to tackle low energetic metabolism and melanin synthesis, while increasing carbonylated proteins and lipofuscin.

Free radicals, which cause photo aging of the skin, are generated by exposure to ultra violet light.  It has been estimated that up to 90% of skin aging is caused by exposure to the sun. This is due to the generation of free radicals induced by UV light.

Solaris contains anti-aging Vitamin E, carrot oil and EDTA. Respectively, these help to alleviate the side effects of sun exposure.  It also contains immune stimulating plant extracts (Β-glucans) that have anti-herpes virus activity.  These moisturizing properties, together with the base emulsion, make Solaris the ultimate anti-photo aging formulation. Reduce your risk of skin aging with Solaris Photo aging Defense Formula.  Solaris is free of preservatives, colors and fragrances, making it suitable for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers

Use:
Combine with the synergistic protection of an excellent after-sun cream such as our Melatonin Topical Cream. If skin damage has already occurred, we recommend the use of the reparative Energy skin cream. 08/19/2007 GI
