 Phosphatidylserine

Improve Your Long term memory
With Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is an essential component of brain cell membranes with very significant effects on memory, brain longevity and mood.

As a naturally occurring phospholipid nutrient, phosphatidylserine is essential to the functioning of all cells of the body, but it is most concentrated in the brain. Its relative abundance in this organ reflects involvement in an assortment of nerve cell functions, including nerve transmitter release and synaptic activity.

Phosphatidylserine enhances the function of nerve growth factor and increases the production of acetylcholine. It also enhances brain glucose metabolism, prevents the decline in the number of brain dendrites that occurs with age, is also involved in myelin sheath repair and increases the number of neurotransmitter receptor sites.

What is more, phosphatidylserine acts as a kind of biological detergent, helping to eradicate waste products from cells, thereby improving function. The effects of phosphatidylserine can be long lasting, with studies indicating that beneficial effects still being noted up to 30-days after use. As such regular use of this supplement can be a great aid to long term memory abilities and general cognitive function.

Dosage:
Typical doses are 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily.

Note: Phosphatidylserine is also contained in our unique “all in one” nutritional package; Beyond Chelation Improved.
