Manerix sharpens your mindManerix is the brand name for the chemical Moclobemide. It is a ‘finely tuned’ anti-depressant designed to target only specific harmful enzymes Manerix is a novel anti-depressant that has a unique range of beneficial actions. It blocks an enzyme called Mono Amine Oxidase (MAO) that is known to break down brain neurotransmitters, allowing the neurotransmitters to continue their function unhindered, sending signals around the brain. What makes Manerix unique is that it is believed to act only upon the major MAO inhibitor known as MAO-A. MAOs are made up of the more common A version and the less common B version. Most MAO inhibitors act upon both MAO-A and MAO-B at the same time, but Manerix only acts upon MAO-A when taken in standard doses. The only other unique MAO inhibitor known at present, is Deprenyl, which only acts upon MAO-B when taken in standard doses. Caution: Like most anti-depressants, Manerix could interfere with other anti-depressants, particularly MAO inhibitors, (including Gerovital-H3) and also with noradrenaline enhancers, such as Adrafinil and Modafinil, and therefore any combined use must only take place under the guidance of a physician. | To see the full ingredients in this product, and its "approved" uses/ dosages, as well as potential side effects and contraindications please click here.
